Использование Functional equipment

The unit is single-channel, the output channel is galvanically separated from the input supply voltage.

The unit includes a built-in “soft start” circuit with starting current limitation, a power supply filter reducing the disturbance level down to the necessary limits in the supply net and preventing the supply net disturbances from passing, a line-side fuse activated in case of internal defects in the unit.

The unit is protected from short circuit (KZ) and overload activated at the increase of output current up to 130% of Iном providing for an automatic restoration at overload elimination. The unit БПИ-24 implements the function of output power limitation at the current exceeding 120% Iном.

At the heating of a unit key cascade to 125 °C the heat protection is tripped. The unit is automatically switched on at the cascade cooling down to 70 °C. The units БПИ-24, БПИ-30, БПИ-60, БПИ-125 are naturally cooled. The unit БПИ-250 has a fan with an automatic start at the unit heating up to more than 60 °С.

* — by the customer’s order it is possible to manufacture the unit with the A.C. supply voltage range 95...132 V or by 130...190 V DC mains.

The power supply unit can regulate output voltage. The output voltage regulating range is ±10 %, i.e., the change range is 20 %. The units have a dependence between extreme points of the output voltage adjustment range and output power at which the protection is tripped. If at the maximum output voltage the unit demonstrates a data sheet power, at the minimum output voltage the current protection could switch off the source providing a lower output current comparing to the data sheet value. It is necessary to take into account when choosing a power supply unit and maximum load calculation.

The unit circuit (except for БПИ-24) includes a relay (connector XT2) for the alarm at output voltage presence/absence (1A, 250 V).
