Использование Temperature

Normalizing converter measures the following signals:

  • From resistance thermal converters TSM, TSP with a nominal static characteristics 50М, 53М, 100М, 50П, 100П, Pt100 under GOST 6651-2009;
  • from thermal couples TKHA (K), TKHK (L), TZHK (J), TPP (S), TPR (В), TVR (A-1) under GOST R 8.585-2001;
  • D.C. intensity 0...5 mA, 0...20 mA, 4...20 mA;
  • D.C. voltages       0...75 mV; 0...100 mV;
  • resistances in the range 0…320 Ohm

and converts them into D.C. unified signals 0…5 mA, 0…20 mA, 4…20 mA with a linear or root-extracting dependence.

Analog signals converter configuration

Measuring converter configuration setting is conducted by the customer on-site or at the manufacturer’s plant by the customer’s order. Number of configuration resetting is unlimited.

Converter adjustment is performed:

  • with the help of a computer and configuring programme through a connector on the front plate and the adaptor ЭнИ-403 supplied by the order;
  • face plate buttons.

In the process of a normalizing converter setting one can change the following parameters:

  • primary converter type (input signal type);
  • input signal conversion range;
  • output signal range;
  • resistance thermal converter connection diagram (2-, 3-, 4-wire);
  • output signal dependence for thermal couples (linear from the temperature, linear from EMF);
  • input circuit break control (for thermal couples);
  • cold junction temperature compensation (for thermal couples).

Converter ЭнИ- 802М has no built-in power supply unit. Permissible range of the supply voltage change 18…27 V for the general industrial purpose version and 22…24 V for the explosion-proof one. Consumed power is not more than 0,6 W.

IS circuits

Measuring converters can be manufactured in the IS version by the order.

Input IS circuits in compliance with the requirements set in GOST R 30852.0-2002, GOST R 30852.10-2002 have the intrinsic safety level "ia – extra-explosion-proof" or "ib - explosion-proof" with the parameters for the explosion-proof electric equipment of the subgroups IIC. The limit parameters of external IS electric circuits shall not exceed the values given in the Table below.

Lо — maximum induction of an IS circuit;

A separating element between IS and spark-hazardous circuits is the IS barrier on duplicated stabilitrons, consecutively connected resistors and protectors having a galvanic connection with a grounding circuit and contained into a single integral structure in compliance with GOST R 30852.10-2002.

Communication line cable resistance shall not exceed 25 Om.

In compliance with the requirements stipulated in GOST R 30852.0-2002, GOST R 30852.10-2002 power supply units are installed outside explosion-hazardous areas.

Measuring converters contain an input signal non-linearity compensator as well as cold junction temperature compensation (for thermal couples). The "cold junction" compensation channel is included into the basic error.
