Continuous conversion of signals from resistance thermal converters of the type TP, TM with the standard characteristics 100M, 100P, Pt100 under GOST 6651–2009, thermal couples of the types TKhA(К), TKhK(L) under GOST R 8.585-2001 into the unified current signal 4...20 mA.

Measuring converters are set up for the measurement range specified at the order. Within the operation period it is possible to reset it for any possible range. Measuring converters have only one measurement channel.

The power supply of measuring converters with the general industrial purpose is conducted from the power supply units of the series BP, BPM (power supply units are not included in the contents of delivery) with the output voltage 12...36 V.

The power supply of measuring converters in the IS version is conducted from the IS power supply units of the series BPDM-Ex (power supply units are not included in the contents of delivery) having the explosion safety category “IS circuit of the level ia”, subgroup IIC with the parameters: Uo = 24 V, Io < 120 mA.

IS circuits

Measuring converters can be manufactured in the IS version by the order.

Input IS circuits in compliance with the requirements set in GOST 30852.0-2002, GOST 30852.10-2002 have the intrinsic safety level “ia – extra-explosion-proof” with the parameters presented in the Table below for the explosion-proof electric equipment of the subgroups IIC.

By the special order, measuring converters operated with the resistance thermal meters of the types TSM, TSP with nominal static characteristics of conversion 50М, 100М, 50П, 100П, Pt100, can be manufactured for any temperature range.

There is an opportunity to change initial NSC of a primary converter as wel as to change the temperature measurement range with the help of PC. Adaptor, software are supplied by the separate order.
