Creating a pressure drop when measuring the flow of liquids, gases, water vapor using the differential pressure method.
The design combines a corner (chamber) pressure tap method and a flange connection.
Structural design of the disk:
- standard bladders for pipelines with an internal diameter of less than 50 mm (under RD 50-411); the code is "S50";
with a conical inlet (under RD 50-411); the code is "K";
wear-resistant (under RD 50-411); the code is "I";
with a service opening (without diameter boring); the code is "B/R".
In the typical version, it is manufactured with one pair of pressure tapping nozzles providing the welding of impulse lines with a diameter of 16 mm.
At the customer’s request, the number of pairs of pressure tappings can be increased, it is also possible to change the diameter of the bleeder nozzles, threading them and bending to provide the required center-to-center distance. Additional requirements should be indicated on the questionnaire.
