The valve block БКН3 is designed to perform drainage of the impulse line before or after the isolating valves and to connect the control metrological equipment.
The design of the valve block БКН5 allows connecting the metrological control equipment without disconnecting the sensor from the operating medium.

Valve blocks БКН3-11 and БКН5-115 are designed for connection of pressure difference gauges Sapphire, ЭнИ-115, TZHIU, AIR, Metran, Rosemount and others to the impulse lines.

  • Shutter with self-centering needle valve.
  • Sealing class А according to GOST 9544-2015. 
  • Fitting-nipple connection with impulse lines.

Manufactured in accordance with the EI.003-00.000 TC

  • Valve blocks БКН3-11, БКН3-11-10, БКН3-11-21, БКН3-11-31 — for sensors with M10 mounting thread.
  • Valve blocksе БКН3-111, БКН3-111-10, БКН3-111-21, БКН3-111-31, БКН5-115 — for sensors with mounting thread 7/16" UNF, with cylindrical snugs on the connection butt that provide for centering the sensor on the unit.
  • Valve blocks БКН3-111, БКН3-111-10, БКН3-111-21, БКН3-111-31 have an increased distance between the handles of the isolating valves - for the possibility of mounting Rosemount 3051 sensors with the Coplanar flange.
  • Valve blocks БКН3-11-21, БКН3-111-21 allow to drain the impulse lines up to isolating valves.
  • Valve blocks БКН3-11-31, БКН3-111-31 have holes with a thread K1/4" for connection of control equipment. Screws with plugs are screwed into the holes, allowing drainage of the impulse lines after the isolating valves.
  • Valve blocks БКН5-115 is equipped with two additional drain/control valves, through which it is possible to connect the monitoring equipment without disconnecting the sensor from the operating medium.
  • Valve blocks БКН5-15, БКН5-115, БКН5-115-02, БКН5-115_03 - allow for connection of the monitoring equipment without disconnecting the sensor from the operating medium
